Job Description

Prepares and cooks food per recipe for Snapdragon Stadium and provides support to general food service production.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food products according to recipes and standards.
• Ensure food quality and sanitation in compliance with policies.
• Operate, maintain, and clean kitchen equipment safely.
• Assist with inventory, spoilage recording, and product transfers.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Prepare food in a timely, appealing manner with correct seasoning.
• Use basic math for measurements and recipe adjustments.
• Set up, break down, and work at various kitchen stations.
• Properly store products and record production data.
• Assist with cleaning and equipment maintenance.
• Comply with all policies, laws, and safety regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required; at least one year of experience in a full production kitchen or equivalent. Food Handler certificate from San Diego County preferred.
