Responsibilities of a Line Cook at SSP America:

• Follow recipes and practice portion control
• Maintain proper kitchen setup daily
• Requisition and stock all necessary supplies
• Properly handle, store, and rotate products
• Set up, maintain, clean, and break down machinery and equipment
• Ensure quality through proper storage and handling of perishables
• Complete opening, ongoing, and closing checklists
• Ensure the quality of served products
• Perform cleaning tasks as per health standards
• Perform other duties as assigned
