Clyde's Restaurant Group in Reston, VA is hiring a Line Cook for the opening of Ebbitt House at Reston Station. Pay range is $19–$22 per hour, with chances for part-time, full-time or on-call shifts, plus comprehensive benefits and training.

Qualifications

• Hardworking, attentive, and hospitality-driven with a desire to excel and maintain the highest level of service.
• Experience as a cook, preferably in upscale dining.
• Flexible availability to work mornings, late nights, weekends, holidays, and weekdays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Set up cooking station with delicious food products and supplies.
• Read computerized orders and use recipes to cook orders.
• Operate kitchen equipment.
• Clean, restock, and organize workstation during the shift.
• Follow Clyde’s high standards for food safety and quality.

Clyde's Restaurant Group, which owns 14 concepts in the DMV, is proud to introduce Ebbitt House, a sister concept of the historic Old Ebbitt Grill.

Opening October 2026 at Reston Station on the Silver Metro Line, Ebbitt House will serve up Old Ebbitt Grill’s iconic American classics, twice-daily happy hours, an oyster-fueled raw bar, and towering seafood displays.
