Job description

We are looking for Line Cooks to prepare food according to the Chef's exact specifications. The duties include assisting the Executive and Sous Chefs with daily tasks. The successful candidate will contribute to customer satisfaction and acquisition goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Set up and stock stations with all supplies
  • Prepare food for service
  • Cook menu items in cooperation with the kitchen staff
  • Follow instructions from the Executive and Sous Chef
  • Clean stations and manage leftover food
  • Maintain inventory levels
  • Ensure food quality and timely service
  • Comply with nutrition, sanitation, and safety regulations
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude with coworkers and customers
