Qualifications

• 1+ year of kitchen or line cook experience preferred.
• Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and kitchen safety practices.
• Serve Safe certification or ability to obtain.
• Ability to follow directions and work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong time management and multitasking skills.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• You're an energetic team player who delivers guest experiences with Ballers hospitality.
• You thrive when things are moving fast and can juggle priorities.
• Knowing a bit about pickleball, padel, golf, soccer, or squash is a plus!

Responsibilities

• Preparing and cooking menu items to spec and on time.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of your station.
• Following all food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Assisting with prep work and kitchen opening/closing duties.
• Communicating with teammates to ensure smooth service.
• Managing inventory and minimizing food waste.
• Supporting catering and special event food service as needed.
