Job summary

Ballers in Philadelphia is seeking an energetic Server to deliver MVP-level service in a fast-paced sports venue. You will greet guests, take orders, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining a clean dining area and smooth teamwork with hosts and kitchen staff.

We value strong communication, the ability to multitask, and a positive, professional presence. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required; RAMP certification is preferred and CPR/First Aid are a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience as a server or customer-facing hospitality role preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• RAMP certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
• CPR and First Aid certification are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and guide them through the menu with confidence.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly.
• Ensure timely delivery of orders, checking for accuracy and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area and workstation.
• Stay on top of table rotation and communicate with host and kitchen staff.
• Answer guest questions and offer menu suggestions, including specials and pairings.
• Follow alcohol service and safety guidelines at all times.
• Handle payments and operate POS systems with accuracy.
• Collaborate with teammates to keep things running smoothly.
• Be proactive in resolving any guest concerns to ensure a great experience.
