Job Opportunity: Line Cook at SSP America

SSP America operates several restaurants throughout the Orlando International Airport in Orlando, FL. We are hiring a Line Cook to work at our locations, including Urban Cave and Le Grand Comptoir.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Receive food orders and prepare dishes according to recipes
• Set up and maintain the kitchen for efficient workflow
• Stock and rotate food and supplies properly
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards, including equipment maintenance
• Ensure quality of products served
• Complete daily checklists and other assigned duties

Skills & Requirements:

• Minimum one year of experience in food service
• High school diploma preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to read, speak, and understand English
• Basic mathematical skills
• Food handlers permit as required by law
• Brand Certification as required
