Peachtree Group is seeking a Line Cook in Orlando to prepare food to the chef’s specifications and set up stations for the menu. The role involves assisting the executive and sous chef with daily tasks to support customer satisfaction and acquisition goals.

The ideal candidate will set up and stock items, prepare sauces, grill and fry according to recipes, and maintain cleanliness and proper storage. The position includes inventory checks and end-of-shift sanitation.

• Sets up and stocks food items and other necessary supplies.
• Prepares food items by cutting, chopping, mixing, and preparing sauces.
• Cook food items by grilling, frying, sautéing, and other cooking methods to specified recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and complies with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food and ensuring correct storage.
• Cleans and sanitizes cooking surfaces at the end of the shift.
• Performs inventory checks and completes food storage logs.
