Oswego Grill in the Portland area is seeking a motivated line cook to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen. This role welcomes those with minimal cooking experience and offers growth opportunities as the company expands.

You will follow recipes, maintain sanitation, and work across shifts with 10 hour, 8 hour, day, and evening shifts. Benefits include cash tips daily, meal discounts, flexible schedules, and a new Cook Referral Program.

• Food Handler Certification is required.

Example of Line Cook Tasks:

• Prepare all food items in a timely, efficient, sanitary, and consistent manner
• Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications as set by the restaurant
• Ensure quality and safety of food by performing standard and any additional sanitary measures including sweeping of the floors, cleaning of surfaces, as well as proper covering and storage of food items according to standards and procedures.
