Base pay range

Line Cook Responsibilities:

• Prepare items via broiling, grilling, frying, sautéing, or other methods by portioning, battering, breading, seasoning, and marinating.
• Follow proper plate presentation and garnish setup for all dishes.
• Comply with standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards, and kitchen policies.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation, including all kitchen equipment.
• Properly handle, store, and rotate all products.
• Stock and maintain sufficient food levels at line stations for smooth service.
• Portion food products according to standard sizes and recipes.
• Take full responsibility for the quality of products served.
• Assist in food prep during off-peak times as needed.
• Close the kitchen following the closing checklist and assist with kitchen closing procedures.
• Attend employee meetings and suggest improvements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Kitchen Manager or supervisor.
