We are looking for Line Cooks who want to make great money and have fun while cooking for our guests.

Summary

The Line Cooks will assist the Chef/Kitchen Manager in preparing food for all food outlets on the property. They will also perform other related tasks to food preparation and kitchen sanitation/cleanliness as directed by the Chef/Kitchen Manager. This position requires adhering to all procedural guidelines established by the Food Service and Safety Department.

Pay Rate

$18/hr

Qualifications, Knowledge And Skill Requirements

• 1-2 years of cooking experience
• Minimum education: High School (or equivalent) Diploma
• Experience in managing and upholding a safe working condition
• Understanding safety, sanitation and food handling procedures
• Must be dependable
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work in a team
• Ability to take direction
• Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor or manager

Position Responsibilities

• Assumes responsibility for the quality of products served
• Assists Chef/Kitchen Manager with food set-up and preparation
• Follows standard recipes carefully
• Assists with monthly food and supplies inventory
• Properly uses and maintains equipment
• Performs cleaning and sanitation activities
• Sorts and rinses dishes, glassware, and utensils
• Carries clean dishes to storage areas
• Changes dishwater as needed
• Distributes food and supplies
• Cleans food production and storage equipment
• Assists with product receiving and storage
• Ensures compliance with health regulations
• Performs other duties as assigned
