What will I do?

1. Ensure incredible service by effectively handling a variety of tasks.
2. Prepare ingredients for the culinary team and create high-quality meals.
3. Follow recipes, knife skills, and cooking techniques to ensure consistency in ingredients and finished products.
4. Manage prep work while ensuring timely meal preparation and maintaining high standards.
5. Comply with applicable State Restaurant Health Codes and Regulations.

Required Qualifications

• 1 or more years of experience working as a line cook.
• Proficiency in knife skills.
• Enthusiasm for and knowledge of relevant ingredients and cuisines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate's or bachelor’s degree in culinary arts.
• Experience working on multiple kitchen stations.
• Experience in various restaurant or hospitality roles.
