Join Chef Andrew Carmellini's Team as a Line Cook at LOCANDA VERDE

Chef Andrew Carmellini's team is seeking passionate and dedicated Line Cooks eager to learn and grow with us at LOCANDA VERDE, our neighborhood taverna serving a soulful urban Italian menu located in Robert DeNiro's TriBeCa hotel, The Greenwich.

Our bustling restaurant has been welcoming New Yorkers morning, noon, and night with a warm atmosphere, leisurely Italian spirit, and heartfelt cooking. This role offers tremendous growth potential within our expanding hospitality family.

Ideal Candidates:
  1. Have excellent knife skills.
  2. Possess knowledge of cooking procedures, safety, and sanitation.
  3. Have experience working on multiple kitchen stations.
  4. Can lift 25 lbs or more.
  5. Prepare and execute key dish components.
  6. Ensure quality and accuracy of products and dishes.
  7. Support fellow cooks.

The pay range for this position is $18 - $24 per hour.
