Cuisine Boulud, an exclusive catering partnership between Dinex (Chef Daniel Boulud) and Lifeworks, is seeking a dedicated opening team member who is looking for new challenges and future growth.
The Line Cook is responsible for working at one of the following stations in the kitchen: Saucier, Hot Appetizer, Rôtisseur, Poissonnier, or Soupe. They will supervise at least one cook and/or a commis at their station and will be in direct contact with the Chef or Sous Chef for instructions, including menu changes.
The Line Cook should be able to read and follow recipes and standards, train employees, and maintain health department, food quality, and restaurant standards. Flexibility, a positive attitude, and a desire to be part of an excellent team are essential. Candidates should be hospitality-minded, focused on personal and professional growth.
