A leading food service company is seeking experienced Line Cooks in the United States to help maintain the highest standards of cuisine and professionalism. Responsibilities include setting up workstations, preparing and cooking menu items, and ensuring high-quality food service. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of experience in high-volume dining and possess a culinary diploma. Competitive salary, insurance, and growth opportunities are offered.

MFG is hiring experienced Line Cooks with a strong work ethic to help set and maintain the highest standards of cuisine and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies
• Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces)
• Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
• Answer, report and follow executive or sous chef’s instructions
• Clean up station and take care of leftover food
• Stock inventory appropriately
• Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in high volume and fine dining restaurants preferred but not required
