Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East in Missoula, MT is hiring a Line Cook for a small, open bistro kitchen. This hands-on role covers dishwashing, line cooking, cleaning, restocking and closing duties, with a schedule Wednesday-Sunday including a 1:00 PM-8:30/9:00 PM shift and a Sunday 6-hour dedicated cleaning shift.

You will work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment where professionalism matters. Previous kitchen experience is helpful but not required.

• Sweep, mop, and maintain kitchen cleanliness throughout the shift.
• Take out garbage and break down cardboard.
• Complete closing duties to ensure the kitchen is ready for the next day's service.
• Participate in weekly deep-cleaning tasks.

Line Cook

Schedule: Wednesday-Sunday
Wednesday-Saturday: 1:00 PM-8:30/9:00 PM
Sunday: 6-hour dedicated cleaning shift

This position works in a small, open bistro kitchen. Because the kitchen is visible and audible to our guests, professionalism is extremely important.

The employee will assist with dishwashing, line cooking, cleaning, restocking, and closing duties. We need someone dependable who takes direction well, stays productive, and understands that keeping the kitchen clean is everyone's responsibility.

This is a hands-on position. There is always something that can be cleaned, stocked, organized, or prepared.
