• Keep station clean, organized, and fully stocked during service

• Maintain consistent quality, presentation, and speed
• Communicate clearly with kitchen team about ticket times and special requests
• Support teammates during busy shifts and jump in where needed
• Follow opening, closing, and cleaning checklists
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and correctly
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Show up on time and ready to work
• Flexible availability (days, nights, weekends)
