Candidate Requirements:

• Experience in stations such as Pantry, Pastry, Pizza, Wok, Sauté, Grill; more stations are a plus.
• At least 6 months of high-volume restaurant experience preferred.
• Flexibility to work nights, holidays, and weekends.
• Exceptional knife skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to read and execute recipes.
• Passion for quality food and accountability in presentation.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook various dishes using different kitchen techniques.
• Follow portion sizes, cooking methods, and safety standards.
• Maintain sufficient stock at line stations.
• Ensure proper food handling, storage, and rotation.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work stations.
• Assist in food prep and kitchen opening/closing procedures.
• Adhere to hygiene and food safety regulations.
• Communicate proactively to resolve operational issues.
• Be flexible to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
