Position: Line Cook (Kitchen Team Member)

As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing menu items according to recipes and standards, maintaining high product quality, and working collaboratively within the kitchen team. You will be cross-trained in all kitchen roles to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare menu items following recipes and presentation standards.
  • Complete prep work and set up workstation.
  • Maintain sanitary and safe food handling practices.
  • Clean and sanitize work areas regularly.
  • Assist with cleaning projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
  • Ability to handle kitchen equipment and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Mobility and physical stamina for the shift.
Physical Demands:

Requires navigating the restaurant, moving items, lifting up to 25 pounds, and bending or stooping. Reasonable accommodations are available for disabilities.
