Requirements

• Previous experience as a line cook, prep cook, or in a similar kitchen role preferred
• Ability to work efficiently in a high‑volume, fast‑paced kitchen environment
• Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper handling procedures
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player with a positive attitude
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Food Handler's Certification is a plus or willingness to obtain one
• Complete a Background Check

Hours/Schedule

• Ability to work every Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings from 3:00p until closing
• Ability to work day‑shifts on holidays such as Easter, Mother's Day, and Thanksgiving
