An established industry player is seeking a skilled Line Cook to join their dynamic kitchen team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing food to the executive chef's specifications, ensuring each kitchen station is set up for success. Position Summary
The line cook is responsible for accurately and efficiently preparing food to the executive chef’s specifications and is responsible for setting each kitchen station for the day’s menu. Line Cook duties also include assisting the executive chef and sous chef with their daily tasks which may include but are not limited to preparing ingredients, portioning food for plating, and ensuring each station operates at optimum levels.

Pay Range: $18.00 - $20.00 USD hourly
This position will require working in the studio on a regular basis. You may be required to travel and work out of our studios in Santa Monica and Hollywood. This position requires working variable shifts, including overtime, evenings, and weekends, as necessary per business needs.

The line cook will prepare items for boiling, grilling, frying, sautéing, or other types of cooking methods by portioning, battering, breading, seasoning, and/or ensuring the item is fully marinated.
