Weller's Bistro on Main is seeking a line cook to join our kitchen team. You will prepare and execute menu items with precision, plate dishes with care, and ensure timely service in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of professional kitchen experience, strong cooking techniques, and a team-oriented mindset. This on-site role supports our German-inspired menu and scratch-made preparations.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Line Cook at Weller's Bistro, you’ll play a key role in delivering the authentic flavors and impeccable quality we’re known for. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and cooking menu items with precision and care, following our recipes and standards.


• Ensuring food is plated beautifully and delivered promptly to provide an exceptional guest experience.


• Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient workspace, adhering to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.


• Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service during busy shifts.


• Assisting with inventory management, including proper storage and rotation of ingredients.
