Evenings & Closing Shifts | Tuesday–Saturday

Labyrinth Press Company is hiring a full-time Line Cook to join our fast-paced, vegetarian kitchen. We focus on from-scratch food, consistency, and strong teamwork during busy service.

Schedule:

• Full-time through summer
• Fridays & Saturdays required
• Primarily evening/closing shifts (as late as 11:30 PM)
• Closed Sundays & Mondays

Responsibilities:

• Execute menu items accurately and efficiently on the cook line
• Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized kitchen throughout service
• Communicate clearly with the team during busy shifts
• Support overall kitchen flow rather than a single fixed station
• Assist with opening and closing duties across the kitchen
• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards

Tight, close-quarters kitchen. Fast-paced service. Strong communication required.
