Job summary

Haywire in Texas is seeking a Line Cook who brings Texas hospitality and kitchen hustle to our farm-to-fork menu. You will read tickets, prep ingredients, and execute dishes with care.

You thrive in a fast-paced kitchen, maintain cleanliness, and support your teammates. A Food Handler Certification is preferred, with 1–2 years line cook experience.

Qualifications

Company's Comin' and that means we need a Line Cook who treats our Guests like family joining us for Sunday dinner. Everybody’s taken care of here and welcomed with open arms. We are a Texas Tried and Texas True restaurant delivering farm to fork, chef-driven cuisine. Experience & Qualifications

• Minimum one (1-2) years line cook experience preferred, steak house experience a plus
• Must be able to read and understand tickets and recipes
• Stand for long periods of time & be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
• Properly use a knife and other equipment required to execute necessary tasks
• Maintain a current Food Handler's Certification
