Ideal candidates have 1–2 years line cook experience (steak house a plus), know kitchen techniques, and can lift up to 50 pounds. Join a team focused on quality and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years Line Cook experience preferred; steak house experience a plus.
• Must be able to read and understand tickets and recipes.
• Stand for long periods and lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
• Properly use a knife and other kitchen equipment.
• Maintain a current Food Handler's Certification.

Responsibilities

• Possess a Texas-sized hustle paired with genuine hospitality.
• Ensure every menu item is prepared correctly with attention to detail.
• Know cooking techniques and menu builds like the back of your hand.
• Maintain a clean, safe and sanitary kitchen environment and uphold food safety for guests and team.
• Inspire teammates to ask for help and maintain a balance of Texas hospitality and efficiency.
• Follow sanitation procedures and comply with state, city, and company regulations.
