Job summary

Major Food Group in Dallas is hiring AM Line Cooks for Sadelle's at Highland Park Village. You will prepare and set up stations, maintain quality, and work mornings in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 2 years in a high-volume restaurant (preferred) and strong teamwork. Morning shift runs 6/7AM–2/3PM; competitive hourly pay of $19–$21 with benefits including health insurance and dining privileges.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in high-volume restaurants preferred but not required.
• Experience working with seafood and cold prepared foods is strongly preferred.
• Morning shift availability 6/7AM - 2/3PM.
• Team-orientated and positive attitude.
• Must be able to work standing and walking for extended periods of time.
• Strong communication skills a must.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain salad station line
• Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies
• Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces)
• Clean up station and take care of leftover food
• Stock inventory appropriately
• Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
