Job summary

Major Food Group LLC is seeking Servers for Carbone Vino in the Dallas Design District. Join a team delivering fine dining experiences and attentive service in a vibrant setting across from Carbone.

Candidates with high-volume, fine dining exposure and positive teamwork attitudes are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities include greeting guests, presenting menus, taking and delivering orders, and collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure excellent service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in high volume and fine dining restaurants preferred.
• Culinary diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.
• Strong communication skills required.
• Must be able to stand/walk for 8 hours and lift 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare restaurant tables with special attention to sanitation and order
• Attend to customers upon entrance
• Present restaurant menus and help customers select food/beverages
• Take and serve orders
• Answer questions or make recommendations for complementary products

Major Food Group is hiring Servers to join our team at Carbone Vino in the Dallas Design District!

Carbone Vino, located just across the courtyard from Carbone, is a new concept from Major Food Group celebrating timeless artisanship and the most coveted wines of Italy complete with a thousand bottle wine cellar. The menu features an extensive selection of handmade pastas, Sicilian pizzas, signature entrées like spicy rigatoni and friend veal chop prepared “your way”, and fresh gelato served table-side.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare restaurant tables with special attention to sanitation and order
