Job summary

Roaring Fork Senior Living, Glenwood Springs, CO, is seeking a skilled Line Cook for our on-site, from-scratch kitchen. You will prepare and cook made-to-order meals that delight residents and guests, supporting a high‑quality dining experience.

This full-time role offers posted shifts 6am–2pm or 11pm–7pm; weekend availability is required. As part of Ascent Living Communities, we’re a locally owned Colorado company dedicated to warmth, trust, and connection for residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all food according to the menu under the direction of the Executive Chef
• Ensure proper preparation, portioning, and serving of foods according to standardized recipes
• Communicates frequently and professionally with other line cooks, chef, managers, and front of house team members
• Adheres to all safety and sanitation standards
• Ensures all food in refrigerator, freezer, and dry storage are labeled and dated

Roaring Fork Senior Living, Glenwood Springs' premier senior living community, is seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our on-site, from-scratch kitchens. In this role, you will prepare and cook made-to-order meals that delight our residents and guests, supporting a high-quality dining experience. We are looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic culinary team and is passionate about helping take our culinary program to the next level while contributing to a welcoming and enjoyable community atmosphere. This is a full-time position, our shifts are either 6am to 2pm, or 11pm to 7pm. Must be available one weekend day.
