Ascent Living Communities’ Village at Belmar in Lakewood, CO is seeking a skilled Line Cook for our on-site, from-scratch kitchens. You will prepare made-to-order meals to delight residents and guests while supporting a high-quality dining experience in a warm community setting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all food according to the menu under the direction of the Executive Chef.
• Ensure proper preparation, portioning, and serving of foods according to standardized recipes.
• Communicates frequently and professionally with other line cooks, chef, managers, and front of house team members.
• Adheres to all safety and sanitation standards.
• Ensures all food in refrigerator, freezer, and dry storage are labeled and dated.
