Position Summary

The Line Cook is a part-time role responsible for preparing dishes to high standards, ensuring timely service, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. You will work closely with the team to exceed guest expectations and uphold our quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare dishes and ingredients according to recipes and quality standards.
• Ensure food is prepared and served in a timely manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation.
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Assist in inventory and stock management.
• Communicate effectively with team members and guests.
• Perform opening, running, and closing duties as assigned.

Skills & Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work a varied schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Prior line cook experience preferred.
• Positive attitude, friendly, and sociable demeanor.

Physical Requirements

• Stand or walk for extended periods.
• Lift up to 15 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Perform tasks requiring bending, reaching, and manual dexterity.
