Job Description

Line Cooks are expected to cook all menu items to the standard of the establishment and maintain a clean, positive work environment that is organized and communicative.

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 1+ years of general kitchen experience in a full-service restaurant.
• Thorough understanding of kitchen operations, including food production, safety, and line service; ability to work cohesively with team members.
• Competent knife skills; ability to prepare and plate dishes according to standards.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods; capable of bending, reaching, and twisting during shifts.
• Punctuality and readiness to work scheduled hours.
• Ability to follow recipes, maintain cleanliness, and communicate effectively within a team.
• Ownership-driven mentality and openness to constructive criticism; consistent quality management of station pars.
