The Kitchen Partner can hold various back-of-house positions, including but not limited to Line Cook, Prep Cook, or Dishwasher. This role reports directly to the Kitchen Manager and store management.

The Kitchen Partner is responsible for ensuring all products are prepared timely according to company recipes, managing security and shrinkage, and maintaining sanitation standards in their work area.
