Position Overview

Westhaven Golf Club has full-time cook positions available with flexible schedules. Candidates should have experience with a la carte and banquet production, particularly on sauté, grill, and pantry stations. Knowledge of health and sanitation regulations and a commitment to providing an exceptional dining experience are essential. This is a scratch kitchen emphasizing regional products when available.

Main Responsibilities

1. Prepare and cook various dishes according to seasonal menus and recipes.
2. Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and sanitation.
3. Assist with inventory management and kitchen organization.
4. Comply with health and sanitation regulations.
5. Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to ensure timely service.
6. Participate in kitchen prep and clean-up activities daily.

Skills and Qualifications

• High cleanliness standards, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
