Located in a celebrated country club environment, Hammock Dunes Club combines sophisticated style with the energy of a modern coastal lifestyle. With a prime oceanfront address, we bring unmatched style and service to one of a kind, exclusive coastal club experiences.

About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual who thrives in the culinary arts. This position requires keen attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team. As a Line Cook, you will work alongside fellow team members to ensure a flawless final product, maintaining high standards of quality and consistency. The role involves operating and maintaining various kitchen equipment such as deep fryers, broilers, stoves, steamers, food processors, mixers, meat and cheese slicers, ovens, steam tables, waffle irons, and flat top grills. Proficiency with knife skills is also required. This position demands continuous standing for up to 8 hours per shift and the ability to lift up to 70 lbs.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Cook, prepare, and present dishes according to precise recipes, portion sizes, and the chef's specifications.
  • Ensure the highest quality standards in preparation, cooking times, correct doneness, texture, temperature, and presentation of each dish.
  • Inspect the freshness of ingredients before use.
  • Follow the preparation list and update it as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with fellow cooks and chefs to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
  • Perform various kitchen tasks including sorting, grading, washing, peeling, cutting, mixing, cooking, freezing, and packaging food.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • In-depth knowledge of food preparation techniques, styles, sanitation practices, and food handling procedures.
  • A commitment to excellence, high standards, and sound judgment in making timely decisions.
  • Versatility, flexibility, and enthusiasm for adapting to changing priorities.
  • Acute attention to detail and precision in executing all culinary tasks.
  • Ability to maintain a flexible schedule, including availability to work weekends and holidays.
  • Fluent in English and legally authorized to work in the United States.
