Role Description- This is a full-time, on-site Line Cook role located in Doylestown, PA. The Line Cook prepares and cooks menu items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring food quality, portion accuracy, and timely service during peak hours. Responsibilities include setting up and stocking stations, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, and following food safety and sanitation guidelines. The role involves collaborating with kitchen and front-of-house staff, assisting with prep work, and supporting smooth service for lunch, dinner, and special events. The Line Cook may also help with inventory, receiving deliveries, and occasional support in menu changes or specials.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to prepare and cook food in a fast-paced kitchen, with attention to consistency and detail.
• Knowledge of basic culinary techniques, safe knife handling, and proper use of kitchen equipment.
• Understanding of food safety practices, including temperature control, cross-contamination prevention, and sanitation standards.
• Strong time management, organization, and multitasking skills to handle multiple tickets and stations.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team, communicate clearly, and respond positively to feedback.
• Reliability in attendance, punctuality, and following kitchen procedures and company policies.
