Line Cooks are responsible for preparing delicious food with craft and intention, along with other heart-of-house duties such as prep, set-up, safety, cleaning, and breakdown. They assist the Chefs and the Heart of House team to provide remarkable guest experiences. We uphold high standards of quality, consistency, flavor, and presentation, ensuring every dish is delicious. Candidates should be eager to learn, adaptable, and comfortable working with hot equipment, knives, slicers, etc. If this sounds like you, let’s go!
