As a line cook at Wegmans, you'll sharpen your culinary skills by preparing menu items for prepackaged meals and hot food bars, helping customers enjoy delicious meals. Work Environment

The physical demands are classified as medium. Tasks include standing, walking, repetitive hand movements, bending, reaching, lifting (5-50 pounds), and working near hot equipment and in cold temperatures. Exposure to allergens is possible. Basic tools include kitchen utensils, ovens, and stoves. Experience with prep work, a la carte cooking, and working in a production kitchen is required.
