Job summary

Baker's Crust in Chesapeake, VA is seeking a dedicated line cook to support daily bakery and cafe operations. You will set up, restock, and organize the workspace, and prepare foods according to our recipes and time guidelines to ensure consistent quality.

You will also respond to guest requests, safely operate and maintain equipment, and uphold sanitary procedures while complying with federal, state, and local regulations. Additional duties may be assigned by management.

Responsibilities

• Set up, restock, organize, clean and maintain workspace.
• Follows all recipes and procedures with regards to quality, consistency, and time standards.
• Prepares food according to our procedures and standards within allowable time lines.
• Responds positively to any guest's request.
• Safely operates and maintains cleanliness of equipment.
• Handles foods, storage and cleaning activities in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards and complies with all regulatory procedures regarding food storage, cleaning and preparation.
• Performs other assigned duties from the management.
