Role Description

Full and Part-Time positions available for on-site Line Cook role based at our Milton, GA location. The Line Cook prepares and cooks menu items to recipe and presentation standards, including grilling, frying, and assembling dishes during service. Daily responsibilities include setting up and breaking down stations, maintaining food safety and cleanliness, and assisting with prep work such as chopping, portioning, and labeling ingredients. The Line Cook collaborates with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure timely, accurate orders and a positive guest experience. This role may also support inventory rotation, basic equipment care, and special events as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience with basic culinary techniques, including grilling, sautéing, frying, and food preparation in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation standards, and proper food handling practices.
• Ability to manage a busy line, prioritize multiple tickets, and maintain consistency under pressure.
• Effective teamwork and communication skills, with a positive attitude toward guests and colleagues.
• Reliability in attendance and punctuality, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Previous line cook or restaurant kitchen experience preferred; culinary training or certification is a plus.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and safely lift and carry items as part of normal kitchen operations.
