Join Our Team as a Line Cook at Primanti Bros. Restaurant and Bar

About the Role

As a Prep and Line Cook, you will ensure each guest receives an unforgettable meal by preparing dishes according to our recipes and specifications in a timely manner. You will work across various stations including Appetizer, Bread & Fries, Grill, Pizza, and Salad.

Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of foods following specific procedures and presentation standards.
• Complete prep work, label food items, and stock stations accordingly.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and HACCP procedures.
• Ensure timely preparation and communication of orders.
• Maintain proper product rotation and stock levels.
• Assist in opening, shift change, and closing procedures, including cleaning tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Skills

• Ability to read and write in English.
• Good communication skills, friendly, and people-oriented.
• Dependable, enthusiastic, and able to multitask.
• Basic math skills.

Physical Requirements

• Stand for 100% of the shift.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Work in hot environments and handle sharp knives and hot plates safely.
