Job summary

Brian Head Lodge in Brian Head, Utah is seeking a Line Cook to join the Food & Beverage team. You will prepare and cook dinner menu items to order, maintain a clean, stocked station, and follow food safety standards in a fast-paced mountain kitchen.

The role requires at least 1 year of line cook experience in a fast-casual or full-service setting and proficiency with flat-tops, fryers, and commercial ovens. Utah Food Handler’s Permit or ability to obtain one within 14 days is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of line cook experience in a fast-casual or full-service environment.
• Pro-level proficiency with flat-tops, fryers, and commercial ovens.
• Must have a valid Utah Food Handler’s Permit (or be ready to obtain one within 14 days of start date).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dinner menu items with accuracy and speed based on pre-set recipes and portion guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked workstation throughout service.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards, including temperature control and handling procedures.
• Operate kitchen equipment and regularly clean workstations and tools.
• Collaborate with other cooks, kitchen staff, and front-of-house team to ensure smooth, efficient service.
