Bhbw Lodging in Brian Head, UT is seeking a Line Cook to join Brian Head Lodge's Food & Beverage team. You’ll work in a fast-paced kitchen, preparing dinner items from preset recipes, and keeping a clean workstation.

This full-time, hourly role offers $20.00 per hour, weekend availability, and opportunities to gain mountain-season experience while serving skiers and riders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of line cook experience.
• Pro-level proficiency with flat-tops, fryers, and ovens.
• Utah Food Handler's Permit or plan to obtain within 14 days.
• Stand for long shifts and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Reliable transportation required.

• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards including temperature control.
• Operate kitchen equipment and regularly clean workstations and tools.

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare and cook dinner menu items with accuracy and speed based on pre-set recipes and portion guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked workstation throughout service.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards, including temperature control and handling procedures.
• Operate kitchen equipment and regularly clean workstations and tools.
• Collaborate with other cooks, kitchen staff, and front-of-house team to ensure smooth, efficient service.
• Other duties as assigned.

QualificationsWhat We’re Looking For:
