Line Cook: You will prepare food the Red Robin way, including cutting, sautéing, broiling, frying, and cooking various meals such as meats, fish, poultry, vegetables, soups, salads, and other ingredients. You will ensure guests' safety by adhering to safe food handling and cleanliness rules. In addition to base pay, you will receive a free meal each shift. Must be 17 or older. Benefits include flexible work schedules, 50% discount on Red Robin food and 25% for your family, referral bonuses, additional compensation, and opportunities for growth. Pay Range (Base Pay): Disclosed above. Other Compensation: Referral bonuses, Employee Stock Purchase Program (after 1+ years, 20+ hours/week). Health Insurance: Coverage including health, vision, dental, accident, critical illness, hospital indemnity (must be 18+). Retirement Benefits: 401(k) with 4% company match (must be 21+, after 1+ years, 1,000+ hours/year). Paid Time Off: 0.0192 hours per hour worked (after 1+ years, 35+ hours/week).
