Job Description

The Line Cook plays a critical role in the success of the PM service—a hands-on position in a fast-paced, fine-dining kitchen rooted in craft, seasonality, and precision. Working within a French brigade-style structure, the Line Cook is responsible for executing dishes to the highest standards of taste, temperature, and presentation, while maintaining a clean, organized, and fully stocked station.

Experience:

  • High school or GED diploma, plus two years of culinary program or related experience
