The Ivy Hotel, distinguished as Maryland's only Michelin Two Key property, is an extraordinary boutique hotel in Baltimore’s historic Mount Vernon neighborhood, with 17 guest rooms and suites, a small luxury spa, and Magdalena, one of Baltimore’s top restaurants. The Line Cook plays a critical role in the success of the PM service—a hands-on position in a fast-paced, fine-dining kitchen rooted in craft, seasonality, and precision. Working within a French brigade-style structure, the Line Cook is responsible for executing dishes to the highest standards of taste, temperature, and presentation, while maintaining a clean, organized, and fully stocked station.

Experience:
