Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred and one to two years experience as a cook’s apprentice in a large, full service hotel or restaurant preferred.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, season, finish, and garnish all food in kitchen according to established recipes.
• Follows all recipes and control procedures; assists in all areas of food production as needed.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work area in compliance with health regulations and ensure regular attendance.
