Quechan Indian Tribe of Fort Yuma is hiring a part-time Dishwasher for Quechan Casino Resort in Winterhaven, CA. The role is entry level with an hourly wage of $18.00, with responsibilities to keep the kitchen clean and safe to support exceptional dining experiences for guests.

Under direct supervision, you will wash and sanitize equipment and assist in maintaining a compliant food prep area; there is a preference for Native American candidates and a requirement to pass a pre-employment drug

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Dishwashers to join our dynamic kitchen team. As a key member of our Food & Beverage Culinary department, you will help maintain a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen environment that supports exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

Qualifications:

• Under direct supervision of the Steward, washes and sanitizes all equipment and utensils used in food preparation.
• Some experience in a restaurant or kitchen area is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen, random drug and controlled substance abuse tests, background investigation, obtain and maintain gaming license in Arizona and California if required.
• Native American preference.
