Job summary

Zalat in Allen, TX is seeking a Shift Manager (Line Coach) to lead the cook line with a focus on safety, cleanliness, quality and speed. You will also learn and perform purchasing, receiving, and inventory tasks to support daily operations and financial performance.

As a coach and leader, you will open and close shifts, supervise teammates, and ensure daily tasks such as Jolt lists and PECs are completed accurately, while maintaining a high level of customer service.

Qualifications

• Supervising a team with at least 1 year of experience.
• Hold a valid Food Manager Safety Certification, or willing to obtain upon hire.
• Exhibiting strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Managing and adhering to schedules.
• Successful completion of a mandatory background check.
