As a Line Chef on our hot line, you'll bring scratch-made recipes to life, ensuring beautifully plated entrees with strong flavor and presentation, while maintaining pace during peak rushes and keeping consistency across the line.

Qualifications

• Standing for long shifts on the hot line and prep areas.
• Solid knife skills and cooking techniques (sauté, grill, ovens).
• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen; health-forward or scratch-kitchen a bonus.
• Strong food safety knowledge and a valid food handler certification.

Responsibilities

• Cook across the hot line — broilers, ovens, sauté, and grill.
• Master recipes and techniques for every kitchen station (hot and cold).
• Build entrees quickly and accurately with great presentation.
• Manage prep timing and par levels to stay ahead of the rush.
• Multi-task across cold prep, hot line, and cleaning during peak hours.
