CJ Schwan's, a leading food manufacturing company, is hiring for a full-time roles in a production environment in Oklahoma. Starting pay is $17.25 per hour with a $1.50 shift differential for evening/night hours, working the 1st shift (5 a.m.–5 p.m.).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 0–1 years of experience preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods on concrete floors.
• Strong manual dexterity; capable of repetitive motions.

Responsibilities

• Unpack raw materials, mix ingredients, assemble products, and package finished goods.
• Ensure products meet company and government quality standards.
• Inspect products and document waste; notify supervisor of quality issues and equipment problems.
• Follow GMPs, safety regulations, and company policies.
